What is the best way to request support?

If the request isn’t an emergency, use the 3EC logo icon in your system tray to begin a new service request. If it’s time critical, after hours, or you can’t login to your device, give us a call 717-763-6800.

How long does it take to respond to a support request?

We’re pretty fast. You’ll receive an immediate response to know we have the request, and another as a tech begins work. Then, you’ll get a call from a real person. Three quarters of our tickets are resolved on that call. 

How do I know when my request is being worked on?

You’ll receive email status updates in real time as your team works on issues. If we need to speak with you or arrange time to remote to your device, we will reach out to arrange a time.
