Doug joined the 3EC team with over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience; more than 8 of those years at the Executive level. He is a certified trainer and consultant in leadership development and corporate change theory. He is responsible for the development of new business relationships and the cementing of long term relationships with existing clientele. Doug is also a veteran of the United States Navy and the Gulf War.
